Dr. 肯·斯隆
Associate Professor
生物
自2003年以来,. Sloan has been a member of the faculty in Marist’s School of 管理, where he teaches 21st Century 管理 and the 领导, 权力, and Influence courses in the 工商管理硕士 and MPA programs. At the undergraduate level, he teaches Compensation and HR Analytics.
He is actively involved with small- and mid-sized businesses in the Mid-Hudson Valley and conducts a regional wage and benefits survey each fall for the Council of Industrial Organizations.He also serves as an executive coach for the Princeton 管理 Development Institute.
肯 has a BA in psychology, an 工商管理硕士, and an MPA.除了, he completed his doctoral studies at The George Washington University in the area of 人力资源 and Organization Development.
Prior to joining the Marist faculty, Dr. Sloan had a 20-year career with Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, where his final position was that of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource 办公室r for the Worldwide Pharmaceutical Group.
